Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal information is a high priority for us. You can use our site anonymously, however, in order to obtain services from us, the processing of your personal data could become necessary.

livewellandfully.com and Barbara Decker, LLC respect the privacy of all visitors to our website and users of our services. We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you provide it to us by opting into one of our services, sending us an email, or responding to one of our messages. Personally identifiable information includes your name, email or mailing address, or telephone number. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only as needed with service providers who support our operations, or when disclosure is required by law.

SMS/Text Messaging. If you provide your phone number through our webinar registration forms or program intake forms, we may use it to send you customer care text messages related to your account or program access. Message frequency varies; typically 1-3 messages per support issue. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your program access or enrollment. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

In accordance with U.S. law, we enable individuals to opt out of receiving discretionary communications.

AI Assistant. Some of our programs include an AI assistant you can write to. What you write is stored so it can pick up where you left off, and our team may read conversations to check the quality and safety of its answers. Conversations are not sold. They are not used to target advertising. They are not used to train any third-party model without your permission. The assistant is not therapy and is not a crisis service.

Google Calendar. On the Calls page of our members site you can add the coaching calls you choose to your own Google Calendar in one step by signing in with Google. When you do:

What we ask Google for: permission to add events to your Google Calendar, and your Google account’s email address.

What we do with it: we add only the calls you chose, each with its title, time, and your personal join link. If you add the same call again, we update that one entry rather than making a second. We never read, look through, change, or delete anything else in your calendar.

What we keep: nothing that gives us access to your calendar. Google’s permission is used once, to add your calls, and we hand it back to Google straight away. We keep a short record of which calls you asked to add, the Google email they went to, and whether each one was added, and we delete that record after a day. We use the Google email only to show you where your calls went and to make sure members-only calls are added only for the member they belong to.

How we protect it: every exchange between your browser, our server and Google is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). The permission Google grants is a short-lived access token that lives only in our server’s memory for the seconds it takes to add your calls; it is never written to disk or to a database, we never request a token that outlasts that visit, and we hand it back to Google the moment your calls are added. The one-day record described above is kept on our own server behind its access controls, is opened by our staff only to help you if something went wrong, and is deleted automatically after a day; you can ask us to delete it sooner by writing to [email protected]. We hold no copy of your calendar or of any event in it, and no one outside our company has access to any of it.

What we share: nothing. Information we receive from Google is not sold, shared with anyone, used for advertising, or used to train any AI model.

How to remove it: the calls in your calendar are yours to edit or delete. You can also review or remove Live Well & Fully’s access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Live Well & Fully’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

If the company changes hands. If our business is sold, merged or transferred to new ownership, the information we hold about you transfers with it, and the new owner is bound by this policy as it stands on the day of the transfer. If the new owner wants to handle your information differently, you will be told before that happens and given the chance to opt out.
