SMS/Text Messaging. If you provide your phone number through our webinar registration forms or program intake forms, we may use it to send you customer care text messages related to your account or program access. Message frequency varies; typically 1-3 messages per support issue. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your program access or enrollment. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

In accordance with U.S. law, we enable individuals to opt out of receiving discretionary communications.

AI Assistant. Some of our programs include an AI assistant you can write to. What you write is stored so it can pick up where you left off, and our team may read conversations to check the quality and safety of its answers. Conversations are not sold. They are not used to target advertising. They are not used to train any third-party model without your permission. The assistant is not therapy and is not a crisis service.

If the company changes hands. If our business is sold, merged or transferred to new ownership, the information we hold about you transfers with it, and the new owner is bound by this policy as it stands on the day of the transfer. If the new owner wants to handle your information differently, you will be told before that happens and given the chance to opt out.
